When we returned to Texas from NC, the weather was gorgeous for at least a week. So, I made a New Year's resolution to spend more time with my kids during the week being just us, doing something slightly educational. Now, this could mean just doing a simple art or cooking project together. This particular day it meant a surprise trip to the zoo with an art project while we were there. Davis was so excited! Now, the art project was a bit of a flop...but, the giraffes were a hit as always.
Davis is such a pro-giraffe feeder. London on the other hand...
Yuck! Poor giraffes. What a let-down for them.
I was even a pushover and let Davis play at Ft. Imagination way into nap time.
