It seems to happen every year...It's the Christmas season and we are on the GO. It seems as if we walked in the door from Thanksgiving and immediately our calendar was full with something every single day. Enjoy the pictures from all of our different events...don't worry, we didn't take pictures everywhere we went...just everywhere we took our cute kiddos. :)
Our first Christmas adventure just happened to take place on the coldest day of the winter, so far. Wes volunteered to drive Santa's elf in the State School's kick off parade for Christmas Lane. We all rode along and had a great time, despite the freezing cold. We had to keep the windows down so we could wave at the residents...such fun!

So, everyone knows how great my mom is, but I must share with you one of my favorite Grandmother Jane trademarks. She loves to surprise us with early morning knocks at the front door. Most of the time she is not empty handed, although she has been known to just need a pit stop and we do not mind being the selected location. I think she knows that there's always a coke in the fridge. :) Anyway, this particular morning she brought Londy her first big girl gown and she loves it. What a beautiful girl...I can only hope that she is as beautiful on the inside as my mom...selfless, never inconvenienced, compassionate, fair, fun, never leaves anyone out...everyone deserves a chance. Thanks Mom, for being you!
After Sunday night's choir program, my parents had us all over for sandwiches and of course, cookie decorating. They are so good at making Christmas fun for the kids, even though it was Sunday night and they both had to work the next day. Davis was inspecting the sprinkles. I think they passed inspection.

Bailey was the MC for the "telethon" in the program. She was so excited that they got to do a "dance" number in her one and only Christmas program at ACS elementary.
Braden sings really well. I think he carried the song...maybe it was about the man in the big red hat. I can't exactly remember. Sorry. Whew....we survived week one of Christmas!
