On almost a daily basis, our sweet 4 1/2 year old swears that he's not tired and does NOT need a nap. Somedays trying to get him to lay down is not worth the struggle. So...below are three examples of how you might find Davis on his "napless" days.
This was a Sunday afternoon. Wes and I let him stay up while we napped. As you can see, he helped himself to part of a breadstick and I guess got a little too comfy.
This was the day of our Fall Festival at church. He was too excited to sleep. We made it to Nana & Pappy's, but the drive across town to my parents' proved to be a little too soothing for Davis.
I guess we did actually get a bath and PJ's on in time for this knockout. He cracks me up!
